Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. During drops, launches, sales or holiday periods, preparation and delivery may take a little longer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. The final price depends on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
If free shipping is active, the minimum order amount will be shown on the website, announcement bar or checkout. If no free shipping message appears, standard shipping rates apply.
We ship to selected countries available at checkout. If your country does not appear during checkout, it means we are not currently shipping there.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if the selected shipping method includes tracking. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
Yes. You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging whenever possible.
Contact us through the contact page or customer service email with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you the next steps before you ship anything back.
Size or color exchanges depend on available stock. If the item is available, we’ll help you with the exchange process. If not, you may need to return the item and place a new order.
For regular returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll review the case.
Once the returned item has been received and checked, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and issue. If the mistake is ours or the item is defective, we’ll help you find the best solution.
Orders & Sizing
If your order has not been prepared or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not been shipped yet, we’ll try to update it. If it has already left our warehouse, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Our T-shirts are designed with an oversized fit. Choose your usual size for a relaxed oversized look, size down for a slightly more regular fit, or size up for an extra loose silhouette. Always check the size guide before ordering.
Some pieces may return, but many NO EYES drops are limited or made for a specific release. If a product is sold out, sign up to the newsletter or follow us on Instagram to hear about restocks and new drops.
Products & Care
NO EYES T-shirts are made with an oversized silhouette, designed for everyday wear, movement and comfort without losing shape.
Product composition is shown on each product page. Our current T-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton single jersey with a soft feel and relaxed structure.
Wash inside out at low temperature, preferably 30ºC. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron inside out and avoid ironing directly over the print. This helps protect the fabric, color and graphic.
Slight differences may happen due to lighting, photography, screen settings or garment production. We always try to show each product as accurately as possible.
Quality & Defects
Every NO EYES item is checked before shipping. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, contact us and we’ll review the case.
Damage caused by normal wear, incorrect washing, misuse, accidents or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect. Please follow the care instructions to keep your item in good condition.
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and offer a solution depending on the case.
Payments & Safety
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers. NO EYES does not store your full card details.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Depending on your location, this may include credit or debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other local payment options.
Payment is taken when your order is placed and confirmed. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the email used at checkout and we’ll help you.

We usually reply within 24–72 business hours. During launches, drops or busy periods, it may take a little longer.
